Undertake the surveying and inspection of trees in proximity to over head power lines and Auditing services. We have 10 UA5 qualified Utility arboriculture surveyors at premier Tree Care.
A tree survey, typically required by local planning authorities for sites with trees intended for development, is conducted by a qualified arboriculturist. This survey includes detailed information on tree species, measurements, condition, root protection areas, life expectancy, retention category, and management recommendations. The data is used to create a tree constraints plan, showing tree locations, crown spreads, retention categories, shade areas, and root protection areas. This plan can be integrated into a topographical site survey or a licensed OS map, aiding in future tree management and protection plans. The information, available in CAD format, can be directly incorporated into the architectural design process to highlight development constraints and recommendations.
